SkillsBuilder Marketing Coach Program
Effective Date: April 8, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the SkillsBuilder Marketing Coach Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), provided by Dream Local Digital, LLC, P.O. Box 101, Thomaston, ME 04861 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not enroll in or use the Program.

2. Program Overview

The SkillsBuilder Marketing Coach Program is a subscription-based service that provides access to:

  • Online marketing courses and training modules
  • Live group coaching sessions
  • Downloadable templates and resources
  • Email-based support and guidance
  • Access to community discussions (if applicable)

Program features and content may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

3. Membership & Access

  • Access is granted to one (1) individual user only per subscription.
  • Login credentials may not be shared or transferred.
  • Some materials may be downloadable; others are accessible only within the platform.
  • Access is provided for the duration of your active subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

4. Billing & Payment

By enrolling, you agree to the following billing terms:

Subscription Options:

  • $47 per month, billed monthly
  • $253 every 6 months, billed semi-annually
  • $451 annually, billed once per year

Billing Terms:

  • All subscriptions are auto-renewing.
  • Payment is charged immediately upon signup.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance.

You authorize Dream Local Digital, LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • To avoid future charges, cancellation must occur before your next billing date.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Program through the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials and resources, no refunds will be issued once a charge has been processed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the Program is the exclusive property of Dream Local Digital, LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Courses and training materials
  • Templates and downloads
  • Videos, presentations, and written content
  • Frameworks, strategies, and methodologies

You may use Program materials for your personal business use only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell Program content
  • Share materials publicly or with non-members
  • Use content for training others without written permission

8. User Conduct

By participating in the Program, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with other members and coaches
  • Refrain from harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior
  • Avoid solicitation, promotion, or spam within the community or sessions

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program without refund if these standards are violated.

9. No Guarantees or Results Disclaimer

The Program is designed to provide education, tools, and guidance related to marketing.

However:

  • We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased revenue, leads, or business growth.
  • Results depend on many factors, including your effort, execution, industry, and market conditions.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Dream Local Digital, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of data or opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Program in the preceding 30 days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Local Digital, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Program
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your business decisions or actions based on Program content

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program at any time, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in misconduct or abusive behavior
  • Payment is not successfully processed

13. Privacy

We respect your privacy.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree that we may collect and use your information for:

  • Program delivery
  • Communication and support
  • Marketing and service improvements

A full Privacy Policy will be provided separately.

14. Modifications to the Program or Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify Program content, structure, or features
  • Update these Terms at any time

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of those changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
